Store-Bought Low-Carb Snack Options
Convenience is king. Sometimes you are at a gas station or airport and starving. You can usually find something safe if you know where to look.
1. Pork Rinds (Chicharrones)
The ultimate zero-carb chip replacement. Crunchy, salty, and satisfying. Just check for MSG if you are sensitive.
2. Cheese Wisps / Moon Cheese
These are literally just baked cheese. Crunchy like a cracker, but zero carbs.
3. Seaweed Snacks
Roasted nori sheets. Very low calorie, salty, and full of iodine.
4. Canned Fish
Sardines or flavored tuna pouches. Maybe not a first-date snack, but excellent nutrition.
Read the Label! "Keto" bars are often full of weird fibers and sugar alcohols that can
cause bloating. Real food (nuts/seeds) is always better than "Keto-branded" junk food.
