Making snacks at home lets you control the quality of ingredients (no seed oils!).

1. Flax Seed Crackers

Mix 1 cup flax meal, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1 egg, and water. Roll thin. Bake at 350°F until crisp. Perfect for dipping in guac.

2. Keto Granola

Mix chopped almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds. Coat with melted butter and cinnamon sweetener. Roast at 300°F for 20 mins, stirring often.

3. Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Slice jalapenos in half. Fill with cream cheese. Wrap with bacon. Bake until bacon is crispy. Spicy, fatty, delicious.

4. Cucumber & Smoked Salmon Bites

Slice cucumber. Top with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and fresh dill. Fancy enough for a party.
