Chocolate mousse or cheesecake

You don't have to give up chocolate to lose weight. By using safe sweeteners like Erythritol, Stevia, or Monk Fruit, you can make desserts that won't spike your insulin.

1. 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Mix 1 cup of peanut butter (no sugar added), 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener, and 1 egg. Roll into balls, press down with a fork. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

2. Chocolate Mousse

Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener. Rich, fluffy, and decadent.

3. Berry Cheesecake Salad

Beat 8oz cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and sweetener. Whip until fluffy. Stir in fresh strawberries and blueberries.

4. Dark Chocolate Squares

Melt coconut oil and mix with cocoa powder and stevia drops. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Instant fat bomb treats.
